Thank you for your interest in participating in the Putnam County Sheriff's Office Concealed Weapons Course.

This course is taught by a Certified Firearms Instructor. You must complete the application
and pass a criminal history background check prior to being enrolled in the course. You must be a current resident
of Putnam County. Although there is no charge to take this class, a donation of $10.00 to the TEN-24 foundation
is appreciated (www.ten24foundation.org).

This course offers classroom training in the areas of Florida Statutes 790 abd 776 firearm safety techniques, simunition
training with force on target and virtual reality training. Each person completing the course will receive a certificate
of completion which may be used to acquire their concealed to carry permit through the State of Florida.

When completing your application, if you are part of a group that would like to take the course together, please
indicate this information in the notes portion of the application. All persons taking this course must complete a
separate application. We will do our best to schedule you with your group, however, this may not always be possible.
