RECORDS CLERK/WARRANTS CLERK

Data Entry/Clerical Position

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License

Must possess a valid High School Diploma or GED

Must not meet any of the disqualifiers as indicated in the employment application

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to pass a typing test of a minimum of 30 wpm
 

Job Prerequisites:

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the general public

Must have the ability to speak comfortably in front of people

Must be able to multi-task
 

Illustrative Duties:

  • Receives and processes warrant paperwork
  • Prepares necessary reports and makes returns of papers served to court of origin
  • Processes mail
  • Communicating with other counties concerning arrest warrant paperwork
  • Maintains validation lists
  • Performs related work as required



All civilian clerks in this unit may be required to be cross trained
to works as: Records Clerk, Warrants Clerk, Civil Clerk. If hired
for this position the applicant must be willing to be trained and to
work in each of the unit positions.

The salary for this position is $31,310.04 annually FIRM. This position closes on February 2, 2024 at noon.
